How to Care Products?
š FOR WOODEN HANDICRAFTS : No special care needed but if you want to clean, please use a clean cotton dry clothes.
š And, attach the Removable parts carefully for Handicrafts that have Removable Parts.
š« Don't force enough to insert the parts but insert carefully & slowly with clockwise rotating.
š FOR HANDLOOM TOWELS :

Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation are available or Not?
Don't worry! We gladly accept Return, Exchange & Cancellation.
For Return & Exchange : Please contact us Within 3 days after delivery of your Product.
To Cancel a Order : Contact us Within 24 hours after placing Your Order.
Refund : A refund will initiate in its original mode of payment, after getting back the Product in its Original Condition with all the Parts associated.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy :
1. Glad to inform you that we accept Order cancellation request. Kindly, Inform us before the despatch..
But, If We shipped the Product, it’s not possible for us to Cancel the Order anymore.
2. For non-customised and non made to order items, refunds shall be granted only in the following case with conditions:-
the item was received in a damaged condition by the customer subject to the following conditions
Conditions:
the request for refund is raised within 24 hours of receiving the product AND details of the damage are to be shared with us in the following manner:-
Share photographs of damage package as received
A video of the whole unpacking process
Write to us at refund@puretraditionalproduct.in within 24 hours of receiving the package to be eligible for refund owing to damage.
Refund Time frame : We Will initiate the Refund within 3-5 Business Days upon successful verification of Refund request.
We take utmost effort to ensure that the products delivered are as true to their image displayed on this website as possible.
However, minor aberrations are a part of handmade art. You can beautify those at your end without any loss of value to the art.
We request you to handle handicrafts with care and treat them as delicate items while opening the package.
In the rare case that the product is damaged inside the package before it is opened, we will refund the full value of it to you.
